How to activate geodata enrichment

Note: this feature is currently only available for AMB compliant schemas and the result can only be used in the internal extended index.

Information about the (internally used) institutions can be enriched by information from ror. For all institutions using a ror id, the ror-API will be called and the geo-data-information from there will be added to the internal index. The data from ror will be cached internally.
Configuration
- activate via ansible-var
search_index_backend_features_amb_add_external_organization_info: "true" - set expiration time of the cache via ansible-var
search_index_backend_external_organization_info_cache_expiration_in_minutes: 14400
